Consultation
Conducted primarily through phone calls or emails, our initial consultation with you allows us to answer any questions you have and get an understanding of the scope of your project.
Meeting
Our first meeting is usually done at your home, which allows us to see the space and discuss key elements in helping to design your dream project. We will take measurements, go through our comprehensive Design Questionnaire (size, budget, personal preferences, etc.), and encourage you to provide input and share your vision. We will also share samples of material and low-maintenance options and highlight the features we think may work for you and your space.
Design
A signed formal agreement and deposit will initiate the design process if design work is needed. We’ll prepare detailed plans showing you all of the elements for your project. The design phase will also include completion of a detailed site analysis, preparation of base maps, engineering plans, 3D models, elevations, and the development of conceptual plans.
Pre-construction
During this stage, our team will handle everything from permits, tearing out your old deck if needed, organizing material delivery, installing footing and preparing the site for professional carpenters to arrive.
Construction
Our uniformed team of professionals will maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the process to eliminate any inconveniences to you, your neighbors, or surrounding properties.
Review & Closing
There is nothing more rewarding than going back to a completed project and seeing the joy on our customers’ faces. Once your project is complete, we’ll chat with you to make sure your needs have been met and ensure you are happy with the finished product.
